Cancellation Policy:  48 Hour – Meaning you must cancel 48 hours in advance of your arrival date or one night lodging will be charged.

Online Reservation:  All reservations made online through our site or through other sites must be cancelled online.  No packages may be booked online.  Packages may be booked by calling 1-800-325-4386.

Lost & Found:  Items left by our guest are held for up to 3 weeks.  Arrangements can be made to either pick these items up in a timely manner or we can ship the items to you at your cost.  Perishable items and/or alcohol, personal hygiene products will not be kept and will be disposed of.
